I stumbled upon this interesting mini tutorial by Wan from Meditation Mantra. He offers some interesting tips on how to develop your own psychic powers and says that many of us already have the ability but that it is dormant and needs to be harnessed and activated through special yoga techniques and mediations.
He says taoists have isolated the psychic ability to 8 ‘channels’ within your body that must be pure and free of resistance, free of any blockages for you to sense things that most people are oblivious to.
Wan goes on to say that if you are able to open up all of these channels you may become ‘eery spooky’ intuitive.. or in other words, very psychic and very good at sensing others and the world around you.
How do you develop the psychic power? Easy says Wan, you simply practice yoga asanas that help you open your psychic channels. And then, according to Wan, you will have, "an uncanny ability to know who is going to call you the moment before your phone rings". Wow! that sounds like it could come in very handy indeed!
