Get the Most out of Your Psychic Reading

As someone who has both performed psychic readings for others as well as received them myself, I’ve come to realize that certain factors are important in receiving the best psychic reading possible. Psychic ability is not something that most people can simply turn off and on. Even the most proficient of psychics work better under certain conditions.
When doing a reading, the worst possible case scenario is having a client who is more interested in dis-proving your psychic ability than they are in actually receiving guidance. As soon as I realize I’m being challenged, the flow of intuitive information generally becomes severely limited. A much more conducive scenario involves a client who is emotionally open whom I can develop an energetic resonance with. When I can feel that we’re both on the same page in terms of our goals regarding the reading, a symbiotic energy begins to flow, and the intuitive channels for information open up. Regardless of theĀ skeptic within yourself, attempt to temporarily quell any doubts you may have regarding the psychic’s ability and instead adopt an open attitude of positive expectation. This will be intuited on the part of the psychic and as a result he/she will be better able to tune-into your energy.
However, being open emotionally and focusing upon an exchange of energy does not involve ‘telling’ the reader all about your life. When receiving psychic readings I’m guilty of this one myself. I often become excited as the psychic begins to make ‘hits,’ revealing certain truths about my life, and rather than simply saying yes, and verifying that they’re on the right path, I blurt out all sorts of intricate related details about my life. In doing this, we disallow the psychic to use his/her intuitive ability to ‘tune in’ to our information.
When I do readings, I expressly tell my clients, “please do not feed me information.” To do so is to halt the flow of my psychic interpretations which then become replaced by the workings of my logical/reasoning mind. While it’s always possible to revert back, it’s much easier to get into and stay in the mode of interpreting the information received psychically when the logical part of the mind is kept at bay as much as possible.
A good psychic does not need you to provide details of your life. Simple yes or no answers when the reader is seeking confirmation will suffice. I find my most profoundly intuitive readings always occur when I read for complete strangers. Getting to know people before a reading generally seems to result in my receiving less actual psychic information than if I previously know nothing about the life of the person I’m reading for. This is why it seems that reading for myself is near impossible. I come up with information that is at best sketchy and at worst outright contradictory in nature.
If you know you’ll be receiving a reading in the near future, it pays to center and focus your vibrational energy beforehand. If you can stabilize your energy and raise your vibration to a level that is naturally comfortable for you, the reader will be able to tune into the highest vision he/she can see for the future unfolding of your life. To do this, spend a few quiet moments in a relaxed/meditative state just prior to receiving your reading.
If we’re spending our hard earned money to receive a psychic reading, it pays to spend a little time before-hand to ensure we’ll receive the highest level of guidance possible.
