Nancy joins us in Psychic Interview Number 13 !

Nancy Matz  Psychic Medium

nancy Psychic, Medium and Author Nancy Matz is a psychic I met when she lived in Sacramento CA. I remember a friend visiting me and asking me if I knew who she was. I said "no." My friend shared with me the reading she received from Matz, and how accurate it was. There was no doubt in my mind she was the real deal. About a year later I met Nancy, at a psychic fair. Her energy was lovely and I am positive that is why she was one of the most popular psychics at the fair. Her story is an inspiring one and I hope that it will inspire all who read it. This is someone who truly answered a "calling," but I will let her tell it in her words.

Nancy will you please tell us a little about how you became a psychic?

Most of this is in my bio at my web site, so I’ll make this brief.  I told my father, "Please don’t go we will never see you again." I said that three days before he was killed by a drunk driver.  My grandmother (his mother) told us later that I told her of "Daddy" coming to visit my younger sister and I after he was dead. This was the start.

Was there ever a time you were afraid of your gifts?

I can’t remember ever being really afraid of my gifts, because until I had more experience I figured everyone was like me.  After rediscovering my gifts in 1990 and people at work eventually found out that I was psychic; I had people avoiding me as though I could read minds.  Can’t change people’s minds unless they want it changed. I was already wanting to change careers, but because of this I just did so a few years earlier than I had planned.

I know around Thanksgiving of 1987 you were diagnosed with Cancer. Do you feel you are still alive today, because you were meant to help people? Or is there another reason you attribute your survival too?

Good question, one that I have given much thought to.  I reasoned that I was experiencing Cancer to see the value of life and that I was not on the right path.

Is there advice that you can give others going through the experience of facing death? Might there be a bigger message a calling to answer?

In those facing a crisis, spirit and the Divine will help direct and comfort those who will hear.  At the time of my crisis, I had little faith, yet that cancer had such an impact on me and made me realize how precious life really was.  I was not aware I would live, the docs thought I would; but I still did not believe.  And because of that, I felt I needed to understand and meaning of life.  Those thoughts led me to this path to help others by helping and gaining the knowledge to set my soul free of fear and being lost.

What inspired you to write your two books, "Two Worlds" and "Help! Get Me Out of This Funk." Were they channeled or did it come from you?

I take credit for all the words typed.  I suspect that when I go back I might see statements that would make we wonder if I had spirit help.  I’ve had a spirit visitation and they said I would type books, so as my passion grew for my work I started writing!  My books can be found at my web sites or at Amazon.com   I am typing three more books now, next one will focus on "Ghosts".

You also do Past Life Regression Therapy. How does this therapy help a person’s life? Do you have an extraordinary story to share about your work with regression?

One of the best regressions was a woman/woman couple who came for one of them to understand her fear of Money.  I only intended to deal with the lady who had the money issues; her partner showed up to experience the session also.  I successfully had the "money" lady go to a time where she was in an ancient culture and had lots of money.  I barely remember the outcome, but I believe she had a shallow and loveless life.  When we sat and talked about that life, her partner was crying.  We asked what the issue was and she said that in that life regression she was this woman’s slave and she loved and worshiped her.  The woman who was the slave has had many successful jobs and has had no money issues. where the rich woman has many money challenges.

Do you have a message for the world?

Wouldn’t it be wonderful, if we all knew that survival was a normal condition of life;  and how we live this life would determine how emotionally healthy we would live in spirit?

Nancy Matz can now be found in Arizona. You can visit her on April 25, 2010 at the Tucson Psychic Fair. Her "Ghost" Lecture begins at 11am. More can be found on her website.

Carla Baron joins Psychic4u.net in Psychic Interview number 10

Tuesday 06th of April 2010 12:08:12 AM - Posted by: Tom

Carla_BaronHave you ever heard of Carla Baron? You probably already have as she has been featured on many popular television shows and is quite popular. Psychic4u.net is delighted to have her join us in this brief interview…

The famous psychic Carla Baron is interviewed for Psychic4u.net
Taking a deeper look at psychics we have found a darker side to the craft. One filled with murder and missing persons. From cases like JonBenet Ramsey to Natalee Holloway the missing Aruba girl. When police and the FBI are at a stand still in a case and have no other leads to go on they call internationally known psychic, medium Carla Baron. Her talents have been documented on "Haunting Evidence," "Psychic Detectives," "Dead Famous" and "Psychic Hollywood." Today I don’t want to focus on any case in particular as much as I want to focus on the psychic medium herself. Carla thank you for spending a little time with us today. We’d like to get an opportunity to understand you and a little about what you do.

You work on a lot of murder cases. Some involving children. How does this affect you on a day to day basis?

I attempt to work through these gruesome, sometimes unbearable, cases as a puzzle, an equation, a treasure map, if you will. That is how I am able to disseminate the "data" to the appropriate parties, versus absorbing the information as an empath. This approach makes me highly suited to this type of work as a "psychic profiler" (a term I, alone, coined years ago as I advanced in this particular field of investigation.)

If a reading or a case does become too intense for you to deal with, what methods do you have of finding peace of mind to continue?

Controlled breathing helps. Distracting myself with some other unrelated activity helps. Knowing that I am making a difference to those who have been impacted by the tragic karmic event. This is how I am able to sleep at night.

Seeing other mediums in the public eye who help the living connect with the dead, I wonder what made you take on the other side of mediumship – talking to the dead to solve crimes? It’s a rare calling for a psychic medium when you compare this specialty to how many psychic mediums are out there. What made you take this on specifically?

Destiny. Plain and simple.
I had been hosting a national radio show as a psychic/ medium for 8 years – reading clients privately, as well, seeing what I was able to glean about their particular lives, events, futures. Then I was contacted by a detective located in central PA to possibly assist on a fairly well-known missing person’s case that had subsequently gone cold. That’s how it all began.
I did not choose this. It chose me.

How is it working for the FBI? Do you feel like a "Charlie’s Angel"?

In a way, I suppose. I never took the time to actually let it all "sink in" regarding the work I do – being so intensely focused as I am during the process. But I must say, I am rewarded daily – sometimes hourly, from the healing and higher energies that envelope me as I progress. Quite therapeutic on a personal level this calling has been.

I gather you love what you do! Do you ever classify your work as fun? What’s the upbeat side to it all?

I mentioned one upside on the previous question. Also – this work does not really seem like "work" to me. I become very ‘energized’ versus ‘fatigued’ after each psychic session – no matter what the focus. This appears to not be the ‘norm’ amongst psychics/ mediums. I am the exception, it would seem. Plus, I sometimes get to see my own future, and a few of the details. That makes it all the more imperative I stay ‘on my game,’ so-to-speak!

Is there another side to your gifts that you want to explore one day that you haven’t already?

Funny you should ask. I have always wanted to use my gifts to assess possible future events within our particular time and beyond. To perhaps peer into the future timeline after December 2012, earth changes and cultural advancements, exploration into the most coveted secrets/ mysteries of this dimension, such as the Bermuda Triangle, crop circles, Stonehenge, alternate universes.

Do you have any shows, or media events coming up in the near future?

Currently, I am wide open for new television projects, and in talks about a few fresh ideas to various producers, networks. Any producers who wish to contact me for an upcoming series in development, I would welcome the opportunity to chat about it! Of course, several of my shows are still in worldwide syndication – "Haunting Evidence," "Psychic Hollywood: The Search For Truth," Mystery Quest, etc.
Whatever my next adventure, I want it to be just that ~ an unforgettable "adventure" into the unknown..

Psychic Interview Number 8 with A.J. Barrera

Monday 22nd of March 2010 01:29:10 PM - Posted by: Tom

aj A.J. Barrera is one of the youngest psychics mediums in the media today. He started his professional psychic career at just 19 years old. In this interview we will see how A.J. got his early start and what support he had growing up. He also shares with us his prediction about psychics and mediumship over the next 50 years.

Q:
A.J. tell me how you got started as psychic and how did your family feel about you starting this endeavor? Was it the family business?

A: It all began when I was in the sixth grade. Seeing psychics and fortune tellers on TV caused both disbelief and curiosity. Soon I found himself practicing with a deck of Tarot Cards, determined to prove (to myself and others) that so-called “psychics and mediums” can’t possibly connect to the Other Side. On the contrary, I discovered an interpretation of my own for each tarot card I studied.

Once I realized I had a unique ability to identify with the tarot, I began using them to describe personal information of fellow peers, as well as predictions of future events.

My journey took an even greater turn in high school when my teacher Ellen Marron, a medium herself, noticed my gift and quickly became my mentor. Marron took me underneath her wing and continued to help guide me in my journey of understanding, as well as help me to appreciate my abilities. Once I began assisting others with guidance; I naturally began to develop my abilities on my own; finally understanding what I had been tapping into for so long.

It wasn’t until I was 19 years old when a Los Angels radio station, KOST 103.5 had a evening show "Angels In Waiting" which aired on Sunday nights from 7pm – Midnight when my career as a professional psychic medium really took off.

As for my family accepting what path I was walking down; my father didn’t believe in it nor my mother due to their  Catholic upbringing. Myself being raised as Catholic, it was consider the devils work and that we should not disturb the dead (hence rest in peace). The fact is that they are more alive then we are! For the most part, my parent thought it was a "phase" that I was going through, now that I am 25 years old–I jokingly tell them both "look, its not a phase anymore."

Q: It’s amazing that your family didn’t force you to stop and that they seems supportive of your "phase." How did you grow to be a celebrity psychic?

A: I’ve grown to become a celebrity psychic by merely doing what I love to do, which is helping people. I was coined a "Celebrity Psychic Medium" on FOX News radio when they asked about my connections with people in the business. I have met and read for many people in the entertainment business, but the main thing is to keep it real and keep things balance. Those who are in the entertainment business (actors, musicians, producers, writers, authors, etc.) have a gift as well which is why they are being recognized.  I just use my gift to help these normal people just as myself to give some insight/guidance.

Q: Sylvia Browne is the most famous of psychics, but then you have Chip Coffee, James Van Praagh, John Edward, Lisa Williams even Edgar Casey is still famous for his predictions.  Is this a male or female dominated business? What is the difference between female and male psychics if there is one?

A: I feel in a sense its kind of 50/50 but more females are recognized with the ability.  I like to look back at the older mediums actually such as the Fox sisters, Emma Britten, Allen Kardec, Eileen Garrett, who were really well known for their time in the 1800′s. I personally don’t feel there is a difference between male & female psychic. I feel its how the psychic uses their ability to strengthen them. Our mind is like a muscle the more nutrition & vitamins you give the stronger it gets.

Q: When you look 50 years into the future how do you think the planet will evolve as far as psychics and the paranormal goes?
A: As far as psychic mediums goes (which I mention a lot on radio and TV interviews) is that the whole "psychic mediumship" is not going to be a big phenomenon because everyone will be in tuned to the spirit world and themselves to make that connection directly. I feel that we are already in a shift where "Spirit" or "The Divine" is already preparing people to wake up and open their eyes by allowing producer & writer to put these movies on the big screen where all will see & perhaps witness some "paranormal" experiences.

Q: What difference do you want to make in the world as far as your work is concerned?

A: The goal as a psychic medium is not to be just "the messenger" for people. I want to give and show awareness that the soul still survives after death and there is a deeper connection where love comes from. We all fear the unknown and I want to give people an understanding into one of the greatest mysteries, which we call death.

Q: Do you feel we are still to closed off and skeptical about the unknown? What advice do you have for those who are skeptical?

A: Death is merely a transition that we make to the other side and some people just need to be a little bit open minded. I don’t mind if you’re skeptical, but be an open skeptic. Sometimes people are just so closed minded — they need to experience what psychic mediumship is all about rather than jump to conclusion or thinking and reacting the way they were brought up.

Another Psychic Interview with Pet Psychic and Medium Melissa Becelar

Monday 01st of February 2010 11:06:34 PM - Posted by: Tom

We are on a role here at Psychic4u !  Today we are please to include our second interview with a psychic and are glad that Melissa Becelar was able to answer a few questions.

DSC00022

Before I begin, I would like to say that I used to have a pet cat named Juniper.  He was 18 and died last year in the spring time.  Unfortunately he got a small cancerous tumor on his tongue and it got so bad to the point where he could not really eat any food correctly so it was not right to let him suffer anymore.  He was a really good cat though.

I will never forget that last walk he took out the front door.  I must have let him out that front door 100,000 times. He would always go through the same routine.  He would walk to the end of the stone covered path and then stop and pause at the driveway.  Then he had to decide if he wanted to walk into the woods towards the right or stay left and go into the garden and backyard.  This time he chose the garden and the backyard.  I watched him walk towards the garden and then he stopped and turned to the right only briefly.  He was looking towards the area in the garden that I had dug out for his burial place.  It was almost as if he knew what was going to happen later on that day.  Till this day that image of him walking out the door and on that path will forever be etched in my mind.  It is like two roads diverged in the wood and he took the one less traveled by.  That was the choice he made every day.

I can honestly say that he really was my best friend.  And I think many people feel that way about their pets as well.  Pets are a unique gift and have the same magic as any other life form on this great earth.  They embody everything the universe had when it was first being created from a tiny spec of dust and so they are our brothers and sisters as well as good friends.

And now, onto our interview with Mellissa…

TheCrew 1. I know you’re an animal communicator what else do you do?

I am an actress, model, producer, super hero and business owner. I own two companies The Network Studio and The Actors Source. They help actors across the world meet with people that can hire them for film and TV.  I am looking for another job if you know of any openings!  Kidding…

2. If you’re an actress and business owner what made you decided to become an animal psychic? Was there anything specific or significant that happened?

I don’t really think I decided to become an animal communicator. It seems to have chosen me. I was on this radio where I was talking about my eight dogs and educating people on adopting dogs as opposed to buying them. 1 millions of dogs die each year because they are homeless. My mission is to make people aware of this, it wasn’t to read animals! The host said let’s take a few calls and read their animals. Stunned, shocked and nervous I said “OK.” I didn’t know what I was doing, but I was able to accurately read their pet, tell what they looked like and more just from a caller calling in!

Most of my time is spent doing animal rescue work and I am always trying to gain the trust of abused dogs or another creature.  When you are trying to gain the trust of a being who doesn’t understand the language you speak, you need to find other ways to communicate.  I always have been really connected to animals. Many of my friends are psychics and healers and they would always tell me I had gifts but I just thought it was a strong connection.  In the past year or so after that show I started to really work on it.  It’s a huge benefit. It’s like being able to speak another language.

3. Are you an animal communicator, animal psychic or both? What is the difference?

A pet psychic is a person who can see the animals past, potential future or the future of a situation. I use this ability when deciding if a home is fit for a dog. If I get a bad sense or see something traumatic happening I listen to myself and continue looking for a home I feel good about. I guess on occasion I have told a dog I see a juicy steak in their future. They usually love that.  When I communicate with a dog they tell me what is going on, what they want and what they want their owners to know.  That is actually what is funny.  The animal is telling me what they want not what is best for them which gets confusing for their human partners sometimes!  Also, animals tell me things about their humans. Often when an animal is acting out and behaving badly it is because their owner is having an emotional melt-down.  All in all I would say both.

3. What is the strangest animal you have worked with?

I don’t find animals strange.  I find their humans strange a lot of the times.  Animals are instinctual, funny and just do what they want.  Their people are the ones that make me laugh! If I had to pick though, I’d say a snake. It was strange, because I had to do it over the phone I can’t do them in person. They make me a little nervous, but I love them just the same as any other creature.

4. How do you communicate with animals? How does it work?

Every animal is a little different. Some show me pictures and images of what is around.

Most of them let me pick up on their feelings both emotional and physical.  On occasion I will get an animal that talks like a human.  I tend to feel them in my whole body and I often humanize them.  I guess the actress in me takes over.  Sometimes I catch my self flipping my hair back with my head when I am talking to a horse. Things like that.

5. How can my Psychic 4 U readers learn to communicate with animals? Is there an exercise your recommend?

If you get pictures of things or you think you know what your pet is feeling then listen to it. Write it down and you might see a pattern. When he looks at me like this, I feel he is in pain and so on. Then you might see he is limping or walking around less than he usually and you’ll know you picked up on something. Chances are if you have an animal you are already doing it.  Just focus on their energy, close your eyes, be quiet and you will here a little voice saying "SNAUSAGES"…

6.  Are there any TV shows or programs airing featuring you and animals?

I am going to be on “It’s Me or the Dog” with my 8 dogs this season.  You can see me on the commercial if you watch animal planet!  I also have several shows in development and I have a new column in The American Dog Magazine called "Dear Melissa"  I am like a Dear Abby for Doggies.

7. Where can people learn more about who you are and what you do? Is there a website?

I own a lot of websites, but the one that is all about my animal communication is:

http://www.celebritypetcommunicator.com/

This site will update everyone on the airing of my Animal Planet episode, my interviews like this one on Psychic 4 U, my paranormal radio guest appearances and red carpet charity events that I attend! There will also be a place on my site to donate to animal charities soon. Some of the charities I work with are Animal Acres, West Coast Mastiff Rescue and Best Friends. The other websites I have are just me in bikinis wearing tons of makeup…I am sure no one wants to see those.

Psychic4u’s first Psychic Interview with Barb Powell

Wednesday 27th of January 2010 11:16:45 AM - Posted by: Tom

barb I am pleased to announce that today I am posting our first mini psychic interview.  I thought about doing this for a long time but never really got around to it.  If any one else is interested in participating please do contact me at the contact info at the top of the this page.

We are delighted to have Barb Powell do our first psychic interview here at Psychic4u.net and are glad that Barb was able to give us some of her time from her busy schedule.

Hello Barb, welcome to Psychic4u.net !
**  Thank you!

Q:   Could you start by giving us a little background?   When did you first know you were psychic ?  How did it all start?
A:  I always knew I was ‘different’.  I was labeled the weird one in grade school and high school.  I was a very shy child and would zone out in school.  I enjoyed spending time on my own in the woods, talking to spirit or my imaginary ‘friends’ as my family liked to call them.  It wasn’t until I was in my early 20′s that I began to understand what the word psychic meant.  I had always thought that life was about work…going to school, getting a job, getting married and having children.  I began to do some research and discovered a whole new world is out there.  One that I could easily relate to what the books were saying to me.  I knew the name of what it’s called to see colors around people and other living objects.  That other people do see those who have died.  I felt empowered in that I wasn’t as different as the people who I called my peers thought I was.  I understood that I didn’t have to make myself fit into a mold that wasn’t me.  I was a psychic medium, one who could see things that most can not.  I allowed myself to be me and it opened up an entire world that I tried to keep covered.  This discovery set me on a journey of changing my entire life path.  A path where I made certain changes in my life to be authentic to myself.  I allowed myself to be who I actually was, not want I thought others wanted me to be.  I started on the path of becoming a professional psychic medium.

Q:  I see you do Television shows. When shows seek you out what do they want you to do? What is your specialty?
A:  I am what I like to call a jack of all trades.  I do a lot of things in the paranormal world.  I’m a paranormal investigator, where certain local teams seek me out to come to their ‘investigations’ for me to see what I can pick up from the place of business or private home.  I have even been called out to farms where there have been cases of animal mutilation of unexplained phenomena.  I have worked on certain criminal and not so criminal cases of the missing, missing people and animals.  I also have worked on cold case files with detectives and police that seek my skills.  There has never been a time where I have contacted the authorities myself to relay information that I may get by watching the news or reading the papers.  There are certain rules with the work I do in order to keep myself physically and mentally healthy, a person can only do so much.  Of course I do workshops, seminars and other speaking engagements and also perform psychic medium readings in my home office or via the telephone all over the world.  When I am contacted by television shows it all depends on what the show is about.  But mainly I am myself and use my skills to the best of my ability.

Q: In your everyday readings is there an area that you specialize in and feel that you can help people the most ?  For example love and relationships,  career and finances…
A:  In my everyday readings I like to think my specialty is helping people discover the path they were meant to walk on.  There are way too many people who are feeling stuck in life.  They are not sure if they are in the correct relationship, they doubt themselves, they are not happy and they are in a never ending cycle.  I like to dig deep within them to discover what is working for them and what is not working for them.  I think knowledge is power and by knowing certain things about ourselves and our past it helps us to make changes.  Validation of what we may already know helps seal those cracks of doubt.  When I do a session I like to look at all areas of a person’s life and unlock the blocks that keep a person from moving on and growing.  In the work I do I have come across everything from conversing with animals to getting inside the thoughts of a serial child abductor.  I tend to forget sometimes how unusual my life is to other people around me, yet to me it’s quite natural.

Q:   Is there a common theme from the people who have sought you out already looking for answers to their questions/problems?  Are they troubled? Happy? Sad?  Confused?
A:  I have not recognized a common theme with people who seek out my services.  I find that when I sit down with someone whether it’s on the telephone or in person I try to be very non judgmental and non emotional.  That way I am not putting any personal spins on anything.  I don’t see the person who is well dressed and appears to have everything together in life, I see a person who is in front of me wanting to hear from their spiritual guides, angels and their future.

Q:   Are there any important traits you feel every psychic should have and if so what are they and why are they important?  Do you feel you have any of these traits ?
A:  I truly believe that an important trait for every psychic is to have integrity and have the knowledge of responsibility.  There are many people in this world who have many different issues.  Some of those issues can lead to reliance on the abilities of psychics and I think that’s wrong.  It can lead to a dependence and thereby not allowing an individual to grow.  There is a difference between giving messages from spirit and telling someone how to live their life.  Spirit does not interfere with the natural spiritual and emotional growth of living person’s pathway.  I practice this trait in every session I do.

Q:  I wonder if you have any general thoughts on the current time we are living in and where we may be going in the future? Lots of people are out of work, and wondering if they will have a job .  It is hard to trust our business leaders and politicians too.  There just seems to be a lot more uncertainty in the 2000′s than at any other time I can remember.  And then there is this talk of 2012 and how it will all ‘end’ near that time frame.  Any thoughts?
A:  Life is life…where there is light there is also dark.  Good things happen as well as bad things happen.  It just depends on how you look at it.  With the economy the way it is, we shouldn’t blame anyone.  What good does that really do.  Perhaps we should stop blaming and actually begin to focus on our lives.  Focus inward, look beyond the negative and rely on where we are going.  It’s easier said than done I understand that totally.  But we all need to start somewhere.  Should we place all our trust and dependence in someone else such as our political leader…no.  Everyone has a job, people make mistakes, we make mistakes.  The main focus should be on moving forward and not continuing to make the same types of mistakes.  The economy will get better, eventually.  We should begin to see a significant change within a 3 – 4 year period.  With 2012 around the corner people fear that the world is ending.  I see it as a chance to make changes with how we live…the way we treat the earth and ourselves.  How can we blame others about the world when we are using and littering plastic and non degradable objects and items.  The food we ingest is not entirely healthy, etc.  Change begins in each of us individually.  When times of tragedy happens in the world we tend to pull together and make a HUGE difference.  Why can’t we start small and change the outcome of certain future economical disaster?

site Q:  Do you have a website?  Tell us how people can contact you and find out about other services you provide.
A:  www.barb-powell.com  I always tell people who are seeking my services and have questions of whether or not they can ‘trust’ in the quality of my skills to search my name.  I believe a person needs to listen to their own gut or intuitive feelings and whether or not they have a pull towards a certain someone.  I can also be found on facebook and myspace.  I’m everywhere.

Thank you for letting us get to know you a bit Barb!  Much success and best wishes to you from Psychic4u.net!
